The Eko CORE 500 is in use across small-animal practices, equine medicine, and veterinary teaching hospitals. Eko's work with Boehringer Ingelheim has produced Eko Vet+, a dedicated canine murmur-detection AI that works with the CORE 500. It is rolling out country by country, and we will bring it to Irish practices as soon as it is available here.

Good to know: the CORE 500's CE marking, ECG and Eko app AI features are validated for human patients; in veterinary practice it is used for listening, visualising and recording heart and lung sounds. Saving and sharing recordings uses the Eko app, with unlimited storage on Eko+. Eko Vet+ canine murmur AI is not yet available in Ireland. More in our FAQ.
